THE LOOK |SULTRY PURPLES AND GREY CUT CREASE|RACHELLE KATHLEEN

Hello my beautiful friends!

Here is a look I created using greys, purples and warm browns. I love using purple tones because they accentuate any eye color; especially blue! When I really want my eyes to pop, a bit of purple always does the trick!

Favorite Products From This Look:

If I had to choose three products from this look that exceeded my expectations; it would be:

|FACE|
Foundation: @lorealmakeup True Match Super Blendable Makeup

This foundation has been one of my favorites for such a long time. It’s a super light formula that can easily be built up to full coverage. There are a few reasons I obsess over this foundation and constantly recommend it to friends.

ONE:

They have one of the largest shade and undertone selections that I have seen within a drugstore brand. My skin tone is naturally very olive with a heavy yellow undertone. I’ve found it to be almost impossible to find drugstore foundations that work with my yellow toned skin. This baby does the trick.

TWO:
It’s light. I love a full coverage foundation but I HATE a full coverage feel. This is totally build-able and allows me to layer heavier in the areas I see fit and lighter in the areas where not much is needed. It’s also extremely easy to mix with a moisturizer if you’re more of a bb cream type gal.

THREE:

It doesn’t dry out or cake up my skin. This is a big one for me because I struggle with SUCH DRY SKIN. I continuously have foundations that will look cakey or cracky throughout the day. I’ve found that I can get through an entire day of wearing this foundation and all I’ll need to refresh my look is a spritz of rose water or setting spray to keep my face hydrated and happy. The less I have to reapply – the happier I am! 😀

Eyeshadow: @bhcosmetics 88 Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette and 88 Matte Eyeshadow Palette

I just love Bh Cosmetics eye shadows. Within the past year I’ve seen them REALLY work on and improve their powder products. And for their price point – I seriously don’t think they can be beat. These palettes have so many rich colors with pigmentation that will make you wonder why you’ve ever spent more than $50 on a palette before. Any time I get a new Bh Cosmetics palette I’m pleasantly surprised.

@doseofcolors Lip Gloss in Honey I’m Home

These lip glosses are so lush. I love the sleek packaging as well as the formula. The thing I love most is that you get the color pay off of a lipstick accompanied by the high shine of a gloss. If you love glosses like me – this is such a win! Instead of applying lipstick then applying your gloss over top, these glosses do both steps all in one! ❤ They can feel a bit sticky if you’re not used to glosses. But for me they take the cake!
